DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Nathan-Baume offers free shipping in Europe on orders from 100 €.
Nathan-Baume will process every order as quick as possible to deliver your products within five (5) business days after the order confirmation. However, this delivery period is indicative and we cannot give guarantees in this respect as we depend on other partners (parcel companies) to deliver at your home.
Orders are sent using DPD services.
You will receive an order confirmation to the e-mail address submitted. If you do not receive an order confirmation right away, please contact us by e-mail via email@example.com. Normally the time of delivery within European Union is 5 business days after the product has been dispatched.
Nathan-Baume can not be held responsible for missing packages.

All prices are listed in EURO incl. Belgian VAT. Import duties are at charge of the customer.
All returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of the date of delivery.
The sending of the package to our office is at your cost.
Nathan-Baume reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit.
We accept returns of unused products within 14 days of delivery provided that the labels are still attached, the protective film are still on place and the product is unused. If we receive a return and it has been used or damaged, or if the tags and/or protective film are not attached, we cannot accept your return. You can request to have it shipped back at your expense.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
We’re sorry it is not automatically processed. To begin a return or exchange, please email email@example.com with your Order # in the Subject line and reason for return. We’ll respond promptly with next steps to manage your return.
Your refund will be credited to the same form of payment used to make the purchase after we received the the package back.
